This is where it all started, at the core of our business is the design of building services covering the mechanical and electrical networks.

Our scope includes design power plants, power transmission (HV) network, low current distribution, desalination plants, pumping stations, piping network, storm water management, Sewage treatment plant and sewage collection.

Sustainable Engineering
We are not your typical sustainability consultant, and we do not provide sustainability “check list” services. At STEP, we are utilizing creativity, simple engineering, and technology to make systems more efficient and cost effective.
We have developed solar chimney solution for passive cooling, used furniture and assets thermal mass to store and release heat at different times of the day. We Optimized the efficiency of cooling systems by using geothermal heat sink in irrigation water tanks and developed a seasonal irrigation philosophy to minimize water usage. This is while maintaining feasibility of the projects and insuring proper payback.
